Avi Faskowitz, Esq. has been the dynamic force of the firm since its inception. After receiving his BS from John Hopkins University, as Salutatorian of the Johns Hopkins Advanced Business and Management School, Avi became the principal in the Faskowitz Investment Group where he successfully managed numerous financial and investment portfolios. Avi also established and is the current President of Majestic Retreats, LLC, a Hotel Management and Hospitality company. More than a decade after being admitted to the New York State Bar after receiving his JD from the Fordham University School of Law, Avi has been at the forefront of the legal profession and has created a boutique law firm to bring maximum value to its clients, based on knowledge, experience and expertise, while keeping to the values and client care gleaned from years in the hospitality and service industry.
David Epstein, Esq. is a Partner with The Faskowitz Law Firm. For nearly a decade, David has been intimately involved in the Real Estate sector and this experience has allowed him to amass a complete mastery of both the practical and legal aspects of the Real Estate transaction.
In addition to specializing in short sale transactions and investment purchases, David specializes in representing clients who are unfamiliar with and often intimidated by, the Real Estate process, including first time homebuyers.
