Judgments
Receiving a judgment and collecting on that judgment are not synonymous. Often, attorneys receive a judgment for their clients but do not have the tools necessary to collect. Our firm has years of experience in using all methods available to enforce a judgment, whether it is for case in-house from the outset or one received post-judgment from another attorney.
Confession of Judgments
A Confession of Judgment is the quickest way of entering a judgment against a person or entity. Unlike a Summons and Complaint, a Confession of Judgment enables the collections process to begin within a relatively short period of time and alleviates many of problems often associated with a Summons and Complaint.
